The Old House

In 1953 the Union of the Bulgarian Artists bought a house together with the yard and since then is the owner of the estate.

Throughout the years the place has been operating as a holiday base of the members of the Union.

The house is pronounced for a Cultural Monument.

Since 1998 the place is granted on lease to the company, which manages it up to now. Since then significant improvements have been made, until the beginning of May 2007, when ART Hotel opened its doors to meet its first guests.
